In Arizona, it's illegal to drive or be in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Generally, you run the risk of being convicted of an Extreme DUI if you drive with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .15% or more.

Arizona imposes more several penalties for DUIs involving high BACs. DUIs involving BACs of .15% or more are called “extreme” DUIs. An extreme DUI is a class 1 misdemeanor. Convicted drivers must serve at least 30 consecutive days in jail and pay a fine and assessment of at least $2,500. As with a standard first DUI, there’s a 12-month IID requirement for an extreme DUI conviction.
